Indication: Relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions.
* Joint & muscle pain: Caused by arthritis, sprain, strain, trauma, or injury leading to pain, stiffness, and restricted movement.
* Post-operative pain & swelling: Reduces pain and edema following surgery or injury.
* Back pain & cervical pain: Helps relieve inflammation and associated muscle stiffness.
* Dental pain: Provides relief from toothache and post-extraction inflammation.
* Fever: Elevated body temperature due to infection or inflammatory conditions.
* Inflammation & edema: Local response to tissue injury marked by pain, redness, heat, and swelling.
MOA (Mechanism of Action):
* Aceclofenac: Inhibits Cyclo-oxygenase (COX-1 & COX-2) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation.
* Paracetamol: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis primarily in the central nervous system, producing analgesic and antipyretic effects.
* Serratiopeptidase: A proteolytic enzyme that breaks down inflammatory mediators and fibrin, reduces edema and swelling, and enhances tissue healing by improving fluid drainage at the inflamed site.
