Indication: GERD, acid reflux, and nausea.
- GERD (Acid reflux): Stomach acid flows back into the food pipe causing heartburn.
- Nausea and bloating: Feeling of stomach discomfort, often with urge to vomit.
- Indigestion: A feeling of fullness or burning in the upper abdomen after eating.
MOA: Pantoprazole inhibits proton pumps reducing gastric acid; Domperidone enhances gastric motility and blocks dopamine receptors.
